ACROSS THE FLOOR AND TECHNICAL SKILLS (Show all elements on both the right and

left side)

Splits (Right, Left and Center)

• Front and side extensions (Right and left)

• Battements (kicks)

• Chaine turns

- Pique turns

- Single/Double/Triple pirouettes (ages 6-8 singles, ages 8-10 doubles, ages 11 and up

triples of more)

A la seconde Turns (Ages 8 and up)

Saut de Chat (regular leaps right & left)

Straddle leaps (Side leaps)

Calypso (ages 9 and up)

- Also add into video any Acro skills you may have (if any)

Combination of your choice that shows your best skills and movement quality (can be

something you created or a showcase of a dance you have already learned)

TAP

Ages 6-12 please add a video of yourself doing Tap adding things like:-

-Shuffles

-Flaps

-Shuffle Ball change

-Walking and Running flaps (across the floor)

-Short combination video of a tap routine

Tap portion only applies to those students that have taken tap!!)

*Please make sure to video feet only and to be wearing tap shoes on a floor that sounds

can be heard*
